I am a doctoral candidate at the Department of Psychology and Human Development at Vanderbilt University working with Sarah Brown-Schmidt and Sean Polyn, co-advised by Stephen Wilson at the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences.
I graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics in 2015. That Fall, I started a Master's program at University of Massachusetts Boston. During that time, I worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology with Ev Fedorenko as a full-time research assistant.
My research focuses on the representation of linguistic knowledge in the mind and brain. I use behavioral, neuroimaging, and computational modeling tools to explore how language supports and is supported by various higher-level cognitive functions, such as general cognitive control and memory.
Listen to me talk about my research on the podcast "Abstract: The Future of Science" on Spotify or Apple Music.
